Late night mobile Notary Public services (before 8am or after 8pm) - Additional $50
A cancellation fee of $25 is due and payable if notarization does not take place when notary arrives.

REQUIREMENTS FOR IDENTIFICATION:
California recognizes the following types of identification as valid if issued by the state within the last 5 years:
- California Driver License or Commercial Driver License
- ID Card - Senior Identification Card, Under 18 Identification Card, California Identification Card
- A US passport
The following types of identification are acceptable if they are current and have been issued within the last 5 years:
- Driver License or ID card issued by another state
- Mexican or Canadian driver license issued by an authorized agency
- US Military Identification Card
- Foreign passport if stamped by the Immigration and naturalization service
All Identification Cards must contain a photo, physical description, signature and serial number.
NO IDENTIFICATION: If you do not have a signer's photo ID, two (2) credible witnesses who personally know the signer and have IDs may be used. This can be a friend, neighbor or relative. The witnesses must have no interest in the transaction and their names cannot be stated in the document being notarized. They will be required to appear at the time of the notarization to identify the signer, take an oath or affirmation, sign the notary's journal and be fingerprinted.

**All notarization fees are based on the California statutory code. *Additional fees are calculated for each individual appointment as a separate fee from the notarization and will differ depending upon the locatioin, circumstances, and time frame required to complete the job. No two notarizations are exactly alike, some require hours of preparation while others may require only the completion of a simple form; our fees reflect this. To allow for expedient notarization without incurring additional fees, please be certain all documents are appropriately completed prior to appointment.
