Late night mobile notary services (before 8am or after 8pm) - Additional $50 fee.
A cancellation fee of $30 is due and payable if notarization does not take place when notary arrives. Special fees may apply during weekends and holidays.
We offer special discounted fees for established recurring clients as well as non-profit organizations. If you represent a non-profit organization, you must provide written proof of your non-profit status (a 501C-3 may be required). In addition, we offer invoice billing to established business clients.
$100 minimum for local Prisons and Detention Centers, Courthouses and Attorney's Offices in the Los Angeles County area. Note: Payment must be made prior to, or the day of, the appointment, and must be in the form of cash.

*All notarization fees are based on the California statutory code. **Additional fees are calculated for each individual appointment as a separate fee from the notarization and will differ depending upon the locatioin, circumstances, and time frame required to complete the job. No two notarizations are exactly alike, some require hours of preparation while others may require only the completion of a simple form; our notary fees reflect this. To allow for expedient notarization without incurring additional fees, please be certain all documents are appropriately completed BUT NOT SIGNED prior to appointment with Notary.
